Trap Wingz, was founded in 2018 by Chef Damico “Dino” Green. After catering for celebrities and promoting their brand city-to-city, the COVID-19 pandemic forced them to pivot. With just $300, Chef Dino launched Trap Wingz from home, selling wings through Uber Eats and DoorDash. A social media boost came when ATL Scoop named their fries the best in Atlanta, sparking local fame.
NBA star Lou Williams further elevated the brand by featuring Trap Wingz during the NBA Bubble, leading to more celebrity clientele and nationwide attention—all while operating from an apartment. From 2020 to 2023, the business doubled annually and consistently ranked among Atlanta’s top 3 wing spots.
In 2024, Chef Dino partnered with Atlanta business moguls Chris Berry, Kevin Edwards, and Anthony Harris. Together, they formed a new chapter for Trap Wingz—now recognized for having the best smash burgers and crispy wings and flavors in Atlanta.
